Northern Weightlifting Contests 

 

The Northern Masters Weightlifting Championships will be held at Raich Carter Sports Centre, Commercial Road, Hendon, Sunderland SR2 8PD on Saturday 16th November.

NORTHERN WEIGHTLIFTING MASTERS

   1st WEIGH-IN FOR SESSION 1 and 2 Weigh in 08.00hrs till 09.00hrs.

    2nd WEIGH-IN FOR SESSION 3 and 4 Weigh in 11.45hrs till 12.45hrs.

   Session   1       START 10.00.

SESSION 1.              10 lifters 1hr 30 min.

Northern Weightlifting Calendar of Events for 2024/2025

Due to the high cost of Living the Schools events will be run separately for each region in order to reduce the cost of the Competitions and travel expenses for the Athletes and Parents.

 

Northern Masters 2024 - November 16th - Raich Carter Sports Centre, Hendon, Sunderland

British Masters 2025 - 21st-23rd February - Bangor University

European Masters 2025- 2nd-10th May - Grand Blue Fafa Resort, Golem 1000, Golem, Durres, Albania

World Masters 2025 - August-September 2025 - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

 

A number of events are still awaiting confirmation of date and venue. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure that these dates and venues do not change we reserve the right to amend or update them where circumstances dictate.
